Terms and Conditions

Rates. Rates are in EURO (€) and are based on present cost conditions and include VAT and taxes. Welcome Italy reserves the right to alter prices during the course of the year, if they occur increases.

Cancellation Fee. Hotel bookings and Sightseeing and Tours cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale (please note that “days” are “Italian working days”).

Sightseeing, Tours, Transport

• For cancellations at least 72 hours before service: 10% of package price per person plus admission tickets.
• For cancellations at least 48 hours before service: 30% of package price per person plus admission tickets.
• For cancellations at least 24 hours before service: 50% of package price per person plus admission tickets.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Special Package (Train + Hotel)

In case of cancellation, the same penalty as above applies, plus 100% of the train fare.
